Joseph Zinner – Senior
Vice President Joe has more than 20 years of progressively senior sales and marketing management responsibilities with high technology organizations including Rogers Cantel, AT&T, Digital Equipment Corporation and Xerox. He has been a key member of senior executive teams launching new products and establishing new and innovative sales and marketing strategies. At RJ Professionals, Joe focuses on developing long term relationships with established and emerging organizations to help them recruit candidates with the right blend of management, technical and leadership skills. He is a strong supporter of community and charitable organizations; he is an active Board Member of Reach for the Rainbow and also an Advisory Board Member for the Special Olympics and the Sports Celebrities Festival. Joe holds an Economics degree from the University of Toronto.

Glenda McLachlan – Vice
President, Government Sector Glenda manages our public sector and non-profit organization accounts and has worked extensively over recent years with a number of Ministries, providing strategic planning, interviewing and HR support services to a full range of OPS positions, from senior executive to administrative levels. Glenda's experience with the public sector, both as an employee and as a private sector consultant is extensive. Her understanding of the complexities of organizational structure, functional delineation and political nuance, stems from her progressive 14 year career with the public sector spanning a broad spectrum of functional responsibilities and portfolios. RJ Professionals also draws on Glenda’s private sector marketing and communications experience to further its position in the marketplace.

Gabe Ross – Vice-President,
Business Development With 20 years’ experience in Human Resources and over 7 years in B2B sales, Gabe is ideally positioned to lead the new business development initiatives of RJ Professionals. Working in partnership with such firms as TD Bank, Cadillac Fairview and Coca-Cola, Gabe has successfully identified and helped resolve key staffing needs through rigorous recruitment practices. Dedicated to the highest quality of service, coupled with a personable yet professional approach, Gabe has been instrumental in building a long list of satisfied clients on behalf of RJ Professionals.

Wendy
Fraser – Vice-President, Business Development, Hamilton Branch Wendy Fraser has spent the majority of her professional life in the practice, promotion and teaching of marketing, advertising, publishing and direct marketing across Canada. Specializing in Communication Solutions for the past 10 years, Wendy has worked with prominent national and international operations as well as the most modest enterprises, assisting each in increasing their over-all performance through a variety of communication initiatives. Wendy joined the Rushmore Judge Group team in the dual roles of Business Development and Hamilton Branch Manager. A student of Public Relations, Wendy’s goal has been an open exchange of ideas and knowledge to fully meet and exceed the needs of Ontario businesses with effective human resource solutions. While her business endeavors afforded her the opportunity to work and live in various locations across Canada, Wendy returned to live in her hometown of Hamilton in 2001.

Ed
Perkovic – Director, Research and Client Development Ed has over 10 years of progressive and versatile research experience in both the private and public sector. Prior to joining RJ Professionals, Ed was responsible for the creation and management of the Office of Advancement Research at McMaster University. Ed has a proven record of accomplishment in implementing and managing diverse and multifaceted research programs. In 1999, he was the gold medal recipient of two Prix D’Excellence Awards from the Council for the Advancement of Education for Best Research Program and Best Use of New and Emerging Technology. Specializing in the creation of research methods using standard and new media resources and the coordination of relevant entities in order to drive the needs of the organization, Ed possesses excellent analytical, problem solving, project management and leadership skills. Past President of the Association of Prospect Research Canada, Ed is a member of the Association of Professional Researchers for Advancement and the Society of Competitive Intelligence Professionals.

David Breau – Project Manager David is an astute observer of organizational behaviour and organizational development with a focus on individual motivation, interpersonal skills and team dynamics. He has a proven capacity for assessments and profiling, as well as interpersonal communication and emotional fortitude. He has worked extensively on both a professional and volunteer basis in project management, counseling and recruitment retention. He brings HR and team management skills from his experience in the service industry. David’s work is focused primarily on management of private sector recruitment projects for RJ Professionals in a variety of sector areas. He has also provided structured recruitment support for various levels of the public sector. David’s post-graduate certification in HR Management serves to add theory and value added to our HR consulting services.
