RJ Professionals Inc. was established in 1996, with the
mandate to “outsource” the hiring and employment function
of those companies that do not have the internal resources or expertise
to carry out the recruitment of increasingly scarce talent. RJ Professionals
provides all the professional and creative support to help with the recruiting
function. Each project is custom designed and work is carried out within
an agreed budget. Our fee is based on the professional time expended on
the project and proves to be cost effective when difficult or large recruitment
projects are contemplated.
